definetly i would pick not my favourite but any miyazaki's movie, and don't misunderstand me, i liked shrek LOL, but hayao's are far from hits and comercialistm into a more personal and artistic way to tell a story
and the tandem with hisaishi on soundtracks,
it's i don't know, i think a vision that goes far beyond disney's (honestly), the first time I saw a gibli movie was back in 1984, since i haven't lost the chance to see them all , including projects or things i've had to import from china to see cos they never had a chance to be seen on screen here
