when you paste the link from youtube, take out the "uk." bit ...

e.g.

[youtube]http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=En2GW5gpstg[/youtube]

so you end up with ...

http://youtube.com/watch?v=En2GW5gpstg between the [youtube][/youtube]

and you should end up with what I posted before.
