Been a little while
Yeah, yeah, I know what you're thinking...."there goes the neighborhood!!"
Hope you are all well and happy....talk at Chris every now and then via email and she keeps me up on the twins and their adventures...ah, the life of a parent!!!
Hey...tell ya why I stopped by....I value your opinions!! Some of my mates here at home and I have gotten up a little band and have been working on some tunes the past couple of years (it's hell when you don't have much free time all at the SAME time to jamm!!)...about to release a new CD this spring and wanted to see what you guys thought of the potential lead tune...you can hear it here and then tell me what you think/throw out a little constructive criticism (did I spell that right??)
Be kind...or not....the choice is yours....
LIVE MY LIFE
I'll pop back in on down the road and holla at ya...good to see the ol' board is still up and running, Mike...
Be safe!! I'll be back!!

"Live My Life" goes perfectly straight forward!
No compromise Rock'n Roll!
Musically there is nothing to criticize, only to enjoy. If I would have something to say, then only something technical/constructive:
1. The EQ'ing is "overbright", it can use more deep mids and kick-drum punch
2. The master-mix compressor's release time is too long, therefore the volume goes significantly up and down in a unmusical way
3. Blasphemy! The vocals were not placed in the center, but far left and far right at times. This makes the recording not mono-compatible (listened to in mono, parts of the vocals will be missing simply) and reduces power from the vocals. _________________ .
