Galmin - "Do you believe lawchanges are executed because of a certain urge to accieve the opposite of improvement?"
No...but I do believe that they are changed for reasons other than improvement. This often results in non-improvement, or degradation, with regards to the moral values under which this country was first established. Baby steps down the slippery moral slope...but they all add up over time.

To summarize; according to you, laws are morally degenerating through the course of time.
I could be wrong here, but the 'moral values' under wich the USA was first established, wasn't that the values of tolerance and multitude?
Has the 'moral values' perhaps mutated into the very ones that forced people to flee to the USA in the first place?

Being a hetero, I still can acknowledge that some other legal sexual preference:
1, doesn't threaten me.
2, has the equal right to exist as my own.

I didn't say all laws...as you infer here by not saying "some" laws.

Placed within the context of this discussion, it is apparent that you know little about the history of our founding fathers and the constitutional framers. I really don't know how to answer this as it makes no sense to me.

I agree. I refer only to the act...not the people. It isn't immoral/illegal to want to kill someone as long as you don't do it.
