no it is not. even the jews admit to it. the first half of the bible is judaism. the second half was cannonized by the catholic church. study paganism. their tempes faced east as to catholic churches when possibe. holy water, incense, bell ringing is pagan. jesus the "son of god" was taken from the "sun god" mary is "the goddess". paganism has a god abd goddess. early christians worshipped on saturday because early christians were jews. it was in about ad 450 at the council of laodecia (taken from officail catholic website) "the curch" decided to change the day of worship from saturday to sunday because that is when tha pagans worshipped. christmas= saturnella/yule, easter=ostare (sp?) which is the first sunday after the full mon after the spring equinox which was pagan. john the baptist birthday is 6 months before christmas/saternella which is what day??? the summer solstice. christian baptism was a jewish ritual. heven and hell were jewish. the christian devil was taken from oaganism. pagans do not believe in the christian devil as the devil was a christian(as in catholic since they were allegedly the first organised christian religion ie peter was supposedly the founder- jesus "said" on you (peter) you will be the foundation ) creation. i could go on but that is enough for now. :lamp

you are wrong. if the catholic church was not a paganised religion. after all the pagans ended up joining it for one reason is "why not every one else id and it is just like ours". on the other hand if it was not then i doubt there would have been a protestant reformation.

at the end of the day we are all humans so what does it matter? truly. Do you REALLY think it matters what we call ourselves, if you truly believe that this world was created by one single entity?

Do you really believe that your God created YOU and someone else's God created THEM??? If we emptied out all the BS interpretations and just stuck to the single overriding theme: LOVE and PEACE, you'd pretty much say whats in a name.

what i meant was the "final version" of the new testament the "church" (catholic) was not finally decided on for almost 500 years later. oh and when i have time i will teach y'all the true story of where st. jerome, whom translated the o and n test. into latin got lucifer from.

Say what? The Jewish bible does not have a "second half." If you are referring to the New Testament as the "second half" of the Jewish bible, you are 100% wrong. There is no "New Testament" in a Jewish bible.

well if you are not doing a trick question i suppose it is because if jews call it the old thestament there would be an underlying acceptance of the new testament. by the way it was a close jewish friend who said christianity is a mixture of judaism and paganism.
