The problem is that one mans "terrorist" is the other mans "freedom fighter". Until this SIMPLE FACT is understood by ALL PARTIES there will never be ANY PEACE at all.

Every warring country ever has always sad "well WE are 100% RIGHT, and THEY are WRONG".

True *Peace* comes from understanding BOTH SIDES, and realizing that absolute RIGHT and absolute WRONG does NOT EXIST.

So saying "We are 100% right" is an intolerant statement.

Again, Israel (the state/government, not "Jews" in general) are DEFINITELY no angels.

If you "simply want peace" then embrace all other opinions about you.

Larree, I urge you to actually visit Israel to see what life is really like there.

Your arguments are one-sided and biased.

From your initial post of how wonderful the Jews are - we would like to see you being an example of this wonderful race that you preached to us about initially.

Have you ever followed through on the reasons why someone would attach a bomb to themselves and die for a reason?

What circumstances would make you do this Larree? Where would you be living? How would your life be like? How would you get used to being told where to live and how to live your life? What oppression would you take as 'normal' even though compared to other countries it is vastly abnormal? How would you feel as you watched your relatives dying? How would you feel growing up knowing you could be killed any minute? How would you feel having to move all the time as there was nowhere safe where you lived? How would you feel knowing you didn't live in a safe place?

Israel has offered the Palestinians the olive branch repeatedly but the Palestinians answer it with terrorism and hate. That is a FACT.

Did you read my posting just before yours? What use is an olive branch if the rest of your life and environment is built on fear?

You are so head-strong Larree; that in my opinion I truly believe if you had been born a Palestinian, you would offer yourself up to change your environment and have been a suicide bomber.

Why? Cause these people believe that their lives are so bad, that they have to do something desperate, something that will change the world more than a few olives.

If you can even put yourself a tiny bit into that headspace, maybe some understanding would come through.

No doubt though, you'll just start calling me a Nazi and shouting that if the Palestinians stop killing your people everything would be alright........

Peace is all about putting yourself in the headspace of your "opponent". Realizing what they really want, care for, are afraid of, etc.

Most people are really bad at seeing ANYTHING outside of their own little narrow box of experiences and their own little limited sphere of "right" and "wrong" definitions. Laree is obviously such a person. Most of the pro-war people over at Reality are such people. I am not such a person.
