Hiya D'sis, how ya doin?-

hey, for some reason the swf isn't playing in my browser. I also tried running the swf file w/ the stand-alone graphics viewer I usually use to play 'em and got an "unknown file format" error. Prob my bad, tho!

Ron...just curious..what browser are you using? I've had some problems w/Netscape in the past. Thanks for the input!

OK you asked for it! I have critiqued a lot of websites and will try not to be harsh!

On first glance, I found the orange font (in the box) hard to read. I love everything else design-wise about it! Didn't like the way the portfolio wasn't really part of the page, you have to hit the back button to go back? Just felt a little unfinished.

Hi D'sis -

I really think it's something on my side here - my old faithful monitor started to give up the ghost, so I'm using a temp one that leaves alot to be desired in the way of graphix rendering!

I'll check it again a bit later, though when my graphic settings are 100% with a new monitor.

I viewed the page with both IE 6 and Netscape 4.79, didn't try Opera. The graphics viewer that I use - a nifty freeware called "Irfranview" displays swf just dandy, but when I fetched the swf from Netscape's cache to view it by itself it didn't display the file. Maybe it can be viewed using a browser only. But as I sez, not to worry , I also need to do some fine tuning on diff things - including browser display settings. I'm pleading mea culpa here. Since Chris is able to view it, that would seem to indicate it's working fine and that I'm the quirky one,lol!!

You are right, it's a good idea to check out pages with diff browsers and other variables so that the look is as constant as possible.

Please...be harsh! that's the only way I learn! I will definately take your constructive critisicism and work with it! Thanks! I really appreciate any input I can get. Still pretty new at this....
