Musical Background.... Played keyboards in a band doing working mens clubs and Bars in the north of england, started at 16 up until I was about 24

Had an original band called BUSINESS AS USUAL, there some live recordings HERE

I have wrote music for tv, that was in 1992 :bigeyes

I work full time as a plumbing and heating engineer now and my music is just fun and a place to escape to :smokin

, I also do the odd bit of socialising with Alan Clark, one of the keyboard players with Dire Straits.

Here is a quick one...... Had an argument with Denise, my girlfriend, the other week. I got extremely drunk and woke up in a hotel the next day with my mate :auto

...Dont ask!! :lol

ol...Apparently I rang him when I got to the hotel and he came down and we drank in the bar until 4 am :larree

(the song I would like to submit is "The Road" found at my ampcast page...they don't have individual song pages...It is a Rock tune and better fits the tone of the "Cantonese Jam" than my blues tunes)

I've played music all my life.

My Dad was a jazz drummer,so when I was little, I thought every family had a drum set and a 1500 watt pa system.

My three brothers and I grew up making a whole lot of noise and when we moved out of a neighborhood it was usually to a standing ovation.

My closest brush with fame was back around 89/90 when we had an A&R looking at our band "The Raybux". They said they were torn between us and an upcoming L.A. based group called "Janes Addiction." ............sob!

And so a twist of fate kept the world from ever seeing "Robbay-palooza" HA HA HA!

Why did I enter this competition?

Three reasons....

It sounded like fun.

I know I can rock!

And BBChris is a babe!

I'm 44 and a father of 5 a grandfather of 7 ..I love music and what you hear is the the first time I ever played with a guitar.

I do make music with samples of others music found here www.livenetjams.com and I do custom work on demand. I'm glad to be a part of the contest becouse I really tryed hard to make it talk

only the harmony vocals, Chris..... - which start on the second verse.

I only sing lead on one song of our CD - a goofy, bawdy tune called "Moose"......
