Not sure if anybody cares, but I figure that some of you certainly do:
I got word that mp3.com is now accepting indie tracks. Go to the front page and see the beta signup form.
You know that the site gets monster traffic to it, so it can be a place that you can redirect the listener to your own site, etc - always was great for that at least.
Oh, and they may be selling tracks too - that may be in the works (can't say).

There ARE tracks on the site for sale. What you posted is pretty much the regular artist agreement on sites - not that it is good, but pretty standard.
We bend over, and they do what they do best - we just have to brace ourselves first so that it doesn't hurt as much.
So don't upload your entire library of tracks. Just give em a taste and leave them interested in hearing more.

Very eloquently put David and right on the mark. From what I'm reading so far, they want nothing but clicks from the new people signing up., I suspect some type of pfp scenario can't be to far off..
