I just noticed...

One of your goals is to learn to cook a new dish every month..

You enjoy cooking....?

Funny... - I wouldn't have expected that of you..

yes Ken,

though i live now in Barcelona in a shared flat where i'm not allowed to have one, and i don't have the money or stability to keep one in conditions, meanwhile, i've found that i can help to find owners for others, some deserted ones, and sometimes saving them from being sacrificed, it's a little bit hurting, because i think of kira all the time, but well, I think i will always think of kira all my life, because she was the greatest companion and actually who i believed has loved me most in this world. I miss the pillow fights, i cannot help it, she told me to be naive.

and well it's a responsaibility, you have to take your dog at least two hours a day out to make exercise, wether you have a flat or a countryside, dogs need to see out of the fences and enjoy the world.

well, but tthat's another story

the fact is HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

and i do hope all your goals to be granted!

In 2006, I hope to:

1. Spend more time in the studio;

2. Spend less time partying (though not too much less!);

3. Exercise more;

4. Become a better piano player;

5. Learn to be smarter with money;

6. Get the Gretsch I want;

7. Buy a bigger dough mixer;

8. Go on more weekend jaunts;

9. Get together with friends to jam;

10. Help my closest friend to get his life together.

I'd like a few more million beats, please. It's pretty likely, though. Thanks.

Axella, which Gretsch do you want?

Long about 1965, I started wanting a White Falcon. Never got it, but long about 1969, I did get a Country Club.

Well, I've long wanted a white falcon... I remember seeing Malcolm Young (AC/DC) playing one long ago, and it was bigger than him. But then again, so am I, so it won't be as lost on me (more like wasted). ;)

I also like the Brian Setzer hotrod, but the one I'll get will be the cheapie Electromatic because:

1) It's a hollowbody; and

2) I can't justify spending more than that, the way I play.

Drooly, ahem, I'm actually a great cook hahahahaha that sounds big-headed - I'm pretty good, and I like it - just don't like or do the dishes :banana

Harold, I've been to America four times so far - since it's so big, I would consider visiting places within USA that I haven't been to before!!! I've visited: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vegas, Boston, Quakertown (in Pennslyvania), New York and Miami. (I'm only including places I've been in for at least 2 days or more!)

This is a great thread~!!! :sensational

Drooly,

The mixer I want is this one:

I bake all the breads, rolls, and cakes in this house, and I'm tired of having to do it in small batches in the KitchenAid.

But when I get the new mixer, I'll have to get a proof cabinet. :(
