I'm off for Spain so I cant't be a pain - for you LOL

Tonight we (the mikeburn and friends band feat. Kate Cassidy) will have a last rehearsal and leave for a show we are booked for on saturday in Alicante (southern Spain).

We are rather nervous because we are the only band saturday and already 800 tickets are sold!!!

Well, if all goes wrong we will have at least three days under southern European sun!

i'm desolated i wanted to go so badly, but I cannot, tomorrow morning i have a visit here, hector's friend coming from england, and tuesday i get back to navarra for the gig so in the meanwhile i try to rehearse.

i would have loved too

BTW..... we are back from Spain

Would you believe that it didn't rain where we were since December 2004?

Guess what... our freak Percussion player celebrated a "rain-dance" and

after he finished thunder and lightning started and it rained on the gig day

like never before... the festival was canceled for saturday and we were

glad that we somehow managed to get to the hotel. For almost 14 hours it

was impossible because the area changed into a giant mudlake.

Needless to say that we spanked our Percussion player LOL

Well, we had then a smaller gig on sunday with about 300 people,

but it was amazingly beautiful to play at this place which was surrounded

by giant nature and super-nice people

I will have a video available with some impressions ready in the next

days for those interested.
