yes of course i always try to judge in a balanced manner. even if someone can't do something really well, the fact that they try to must count for something....

no not Calvin! In fact, I've only seen Calvin once since he moved to HK!! He doesn't reply to email anymore... Maybe he melted from the heat?!?!!?
