A "chemical imbalance" caused her brain to stop functioning all of the sudden??? I've never heard of anything like that...

actually, toward the end of starvation, the brain secretes chemicals that create a state of euphoria, so it's not such a horrible death.
(the horrible thing, for me, anyway, would be laying in a bed staring at a ceiling for 15 years!)
and what happened was that bulimia caused a heart attack, which caused lack of oxygen to her brain, and part of her brain disintegrated and was filled with liquid, causing the state she is in now.
just some facts to go along with all the hype...

You're right, you don't know anything about the issue so your correlation is completely misinformed.
On a differnent note though several school students needlessly died when another student went on a shooting spree while under the influence of prosac. And typically your friends at reality bb want no evidence posted to support the correlation of SSRI drugs and these senseless acts of violence though the drugs are a present factor in everyone of them..
Here's proof..

Maybe you'll do the right thing and repost the deleted post on that thread. It's response #1, it lasted about 5 seconds after I posted it..
Fine people allright..

She looks quite happy in that photo to me. The reall issue isn't so much whether Terri Schiavo is living a quality live or not, it's who has the right to decide her life is not worth living and who (and how many...) will be next....

Actually, there's nothing simple about it. It's a very deceptive question and underhanded manuver. Terri Schiavo is by no means in the condition those who are supporting her passing are claiming, that is clearly evident to all. She left no living will claiming she would prefer to die and no one can say with 100% certainty her condition may not improve. She also has a loving family will to support her, no one has the right to prevent them from providing that support.
