did you have the cams connected to one pc and the sound for recording?.. I wanna video our debut gig and would like to use more than one cam!

Now you know how this insanity looks! LOL

As most of the time... our good friend Gerhard Pomp, who is the older brother of our Percussion player, did the camera work with his MiniDV cameras. Basically he did setup 2 static cameras before the people came in and walked around with another one. The recording was not synchronized with SMPTE for example (just hitting 'play' on all cameras one after the other) and the sound recorded standalone with two Tascam DA-88/38 DAT recorders (16-channels).

Since Gerhard (a good drummer himself playing in another local band) and I have rather good ears and eyes HAHA we had no problems to sync later the pictures to the sound mix during the cut/editing.

BTW.... ANOTHER video from the same evening (Track "You Don't") is underway today and, because it has only 3:30min. playing time, also a noticeable smaller file

In that video Kate is featured way better

Anyway, this way you waited longer but had better pictures and sound

I'm glad you were not disappointed and caught a glimpse of the fun we had that night!

It was so relaxed in the second set and the jam and new song went rather well (for our standard

HAHA Seismic!

Those are pure live-videos without pyrotechnical effects LOL and static light (unfortunately the club had 'old fashioned' lights, mostly red which is bad for photos and video but of course better than none

)

I hope you don't develop the feel of having wasted your time!
