Crikey, how boring. yechh. And you'd have to have people move your muscles up and down and all around too, otherwise they'll waste. But if you're not going to use them why would you want muscles anyway...
Slightly OT, if I ever end up brain dead and on life support, I've already told Aby - they have to pull the plug.

that sounds a little creepy...
I actually like getting out in the world and getting banged up a bit!
it's our wounded hearts that make us beutifull...I think.
""all alone or in twos
the ones who really love you
walk up and down outside the wall
some hand in hand
some gather together in bands
the bleeding hearts and the artists make their stand
and when they've given you their all
some stagger and fall
after all it's not easy
Banging your heart against some mad buggers wall.""

Quote: Isn't the question the basis of the "Matrix" movie?
Pretty much...
There are other variations of the theme, also, like "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" (Twilight Zone) where this guy is to be hanged and his rope breaks, he falls in the water, swims away, marvels at everything he sees because he's a "livin man".
Then as he gets to his darling wife and goes to hug her, his neck jerks back and he's back at the bridge, hanging...

The sad reality is that all but a small percentage of people go through life in a dream, their own little universe (comfort zone). The never get to see what life is all about, just what they have been preprogrammed to see and believe. Only a few open their eyes and see reality.
