In the last weeks the mikeburn and friends band did some recordings for our album 'On The Run', which is due in spring 2006. That's why I also am very rare on the boards lately... and then Christmas and upcoming holidays.

Oh well...... I wish a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone here!!!

With a rock intro and then into some smooth vocals from Kate Cassidy, like the pop direction of this song! IT's a radio friendly mix!! Great production!! Great sound on Kate's vocals. Like the guitar work around 4 mins into the song.

Might need the chorus of "speedtrain" to be earlier in the song to give it more of a hook. This is great! I cant wait to hear the other songs! WOoooohooooo!! :sensational

Thanks a lot and I'm glad you were not too disappointed.

We didn't record in the studio for 10 years as a band

and had lots of fun doing this. I know what you mean

with the hook, but we wanted to have the song gaining

energy towards the end plus I always block personally

the 'usual' song structures. LOL I'm known for this! HAHA

Delta, our percussion player, also calls songs with the usual

hook in between the first 20 seconds "auto-scooter music"

At the end we were not able to do it better, I think :auto
