i had goat-baby (cant remember what they are called in english). a young goat... had a very bad conciousness about that. i dreamt about the poor little goat that i had eaten the following night.

I tried pork intestine at a Dim-Sum Chinese place, once.
Pretty nasty.

In CHinese frogs legs are called "Field Chicken" (clever disguise!) so when I was a kid, I happily ate 'field chickens' till one day I said, "Why are the chickens so SMALL? ANd where's the rest of it?" hahahahhaha My Mum told me what they really were and I refused to eat them after that! I've had snails, eels, sharks fin, etc. This was all before I turned vegetarian. Since I've turned vegetarian, the strangest thing I've eaten is persimmons.
I've never eaten osyters in my life, they look so slimy.
The most exotic things, I LOVE to eat - passionfruits, mangoes, papaya etc.

Mangos are my fav fruit by far...and oysters on the half-shell are great! (It's the sensation more than the taste.)

I tried Kudzu, once. I saw this program about it and walked down to the railroad tracks and chopped off some Kudzu branches...
Wasn't very good.

I had puppydog stew on the Crow reservation....
and another time in southern new mexico near Zuni...
I enjoyed it both times...
more the first time I think because I didn't know what it was until after...
the second time I knew...
and it took a bit more effort ..
I've also had a little bit of Jerked Cougar meat that was made by a navajo friend of mine...
AND!!
we make Buffalo heart every year,
I have a friend who manages the Philmont Ranch heard and I once taught a hide tanning class there, to this day I get a buffalo heart once or more a year and it's fantastic..
also I swallowed a bug once while riding my motorcycle..it was a good sized thing, nearly choked me..
I think it was a junebug....

Chocolate covered ants.
From a speciality store - the ants were in small chocolate cubes.
