I could live on that beach too. Do you have room for me? :blush

I got your post card today Chris. You are so awesome to think of me while you were on holiday. You truly got a major smile out of me when I read it.

How long were you there? Where else did you go in Thailand. My wife has actually been there too. She didn't like the food but loved the people.

Anyway the North Georgia abode is making progress and there will be a party sometime next year once we get in and get settled. But the door is always open for you Chris any time. :yeah

Happy you got the postcard Ted!! hahahahaha Koh Samui is stunning! When we get a house set up there, you can all come and visit us!!

I quite like Thai food, it's spicy. There's lots of international cuisine at the restaurants on Samui, I was eating Italian a lot!! :banana

in Hong Kong, Thailand or anywhere. I bet we'd have a lot of fun, and make some very fine music.

BTW Chris how's business? Are you having a good year?

It's been so-so this year Ted, way better than last year (a big fat zero due to SARS) - I'm speaking lingerie/garments wise. I'm shifting focus to garment accessories these days... How about yourself?

I never thought about what sars would have done to your business. WOW! But you think on your feet and work artound it. I do the same. There is always some way to make money, and there is always ups and downs in business. Nothing stays the same forever.

For me this year I left my partnership LeMark of 25 years and struck out on my own. I have become totally an e-company. For most of my clients the change was pretty much seamless. For the others most of my business is new business that I generate from the web. I have clients in Japan, Switzerland, France, Canada, even clients in Alaska as well as almost every other state in the US. Yeah I lost a big client in the turn over but that's business. I am making up for it and I am confident that I will get them back some day soon.

Otherwise I am very happy not to be in business with my old cronies. I don't miss them at all and I am having a lot more fun at work than I have had in years.

I have been working so hard to get the ball rolling that I have had little time for music. The new house has a lot to do with that as well as my daughter going to college and my son finally coming home from Jamaica. I won't miss his tuition payments I can tell you that. It will be a big relief not to have that expense any more.

Well that's my story for today. Tomorrows it could all change hehehehehe........:ohno just kidding....:dunno

See ya on the radio....:yeah

Ted!! Great to hear!! Yes SARS affected business dramatically but things are picking up.

So you dissolved your partnership with LeMark, well you sound happier for it, it's always good to do something new, something different yet same - you know what i'm talking about.

Family life sounds busy for you. Great stuff Ted! I so am inspired for your passion for life! Keep up the great work!!!

Passion for life.... I like being refered to that way. I certainly don't like feeling that I can't deal with things that bother me. I don't mind taking risks. It's scary but it's better than staying in a situation that makes you unhappy.

I have also learned over the years that you just can't have everything, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to have everything. You just need to be realistic about it.

Music will not go away completely it will just go down on the priority list for a while.

I refuse to let life get the best of me I only want to get the best out of life.

:fg Rah rah rah!!!! :fg
