This is an instrumental guitar thing recorded off the board at old martinez hall in 1998....99?

This is a live radio broadcast we did at the KUMN Collage radio studio on the UNM campus....

this song was written that day because the Producer of the show ''Ear to the ground" told us that the Punk scene was very hip on campus...

and we were not a punk band..

But we wrote this to placate them..

We were still running through it in the car on the way to Albuquerque!!

this was maybe the third time we had played this tune all the way through...and it was less than a day old!!!

the applause is FAKE and was added to the recording by Mark after the fact as a sort of joke....

In actuality there were only about 6 or 7 people in the studio listening...

but it was being broadcast Live to thousands in Albuquerque N.M

it was our new years eve gift to the UNM students!!!

it's called...GET A JOB!!!!!

This one is mine - great cover version! Better than the original - music-wise. I do like Patti's original vocals - gravelly voices just make my knees weak.... She used to work with Phoebe Legere... (google that name! She comes to HK from time to time - not to be missed)
