end of September. Does anyone want to meet up for a beer/lunch between 29th sept to 1st october?



I'm afraid I can't make it to the IC meeting in Germany, have to rush back to work. The reason that I'll be in London is that my aunt is very ill - she's had a terminal immune illness for years now, and is a real fighter, with a huge bellow of a laugh, and I try to see her at least once in two years.



I started writing because of her. I was miserable before, knew I wanted to do originals, but didnt know how to go about it, and one day in 1999 I was moaning to her how I wish someone would write for me because I never learnt to read or write music, and she said, what rot, the Beatles didnt know either, they just used to record the tunes in their head into a cheap tape recorder and work the rest out together! She said you can pretty much do anything damn thing you want, and believe me, despite her debilitating illness, she still drives her car, picks people up from airports, looks after my 82 year old gran... I wish I had her will.



Anyway, long and short of it all, I'll be there, and would love to meet up with any fellow artist.

I know an excellent chinese, in soho..... called Golden Dynasty. The food is top class and the service is second to none!!,,,,, and their spare ribs dont look like... erm well they are great!! :lol
