Cool one! :D

So you also agreed that all of your tracks were

transferred to Garageband? :)

I mean the offer was not bad having all

tracks from former MP3-accounts on this

site with a few mouse clicks.

Actually I made the mistake to submit a track

for the contests. Now I'm bombarded with reviews.

I got 20 just yesterday! LOL

I forgot to bash Garageband.com! LOL

Despite the interesting concept overall and the

community, mainly artists I never heard of, the

site performs most of the time awfully slow and

I really don't think that the 64Kbit "Hi-Fi's" based

on REAL streams (ugggghhhhhh....) are something

positive.

HAHAHA Guess whose review I had to judge today @ Garageband.com? :D

Quote:
Review of Mark My Words by Chalk Circle

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fun tech tune

The verse (vox) reminds me of The Cars. Chorus is in cinemascope,as it should. Good job.

I had awaited a bridge of more intensity instead of a weak synth solo, so throw more stuff in there please!!

Raise the bar a bit before the last verse!

Overall a neat tune and job well done.

Galmin, thats really cool stuff. Well done. I'm coming into this garageband thingy rather late in the day I guess!

They said something about doing reviews and reducing your costs for additional songs??? but I was in a hurry and didnt really get to the bottom of it all.

It's either buying an upload credit for 19,99 or doing 15 pairs of reviews (the upload credit sinks the more reviews you do until it is 0$).

Doing reviews is hard work and I can only go for short stints of a couple at a time.

doing FAIR reviews is very hard work, especially if you have to break bad news to people...

I for one would rather not say anything. It takes a special skill to put something across in such a way that is both constructive and cannot be taken personally, and as my political commentary will testify, I have some ways to go... ahem.

The good thing with Garageband is that you do not know who you are reviewing and once you know, it's too late! :lol
