Hi all!

It was suggested by Ron that we have a rules type thread at the top of the page so that newcomers could get an idea of the 'guidelines' before posting.

I am embarrassed to confess that half the time, I don't read the guidelines/rules to a place..... I've found by the time I do and then check the site out it wasn't worth reading in the first place :wgrin

But then again, I've tripped up other times by not reading the 'rules'.

Yet I don't feel we have any rules here apart from the following:

1. no rudeness (swearing or XXX photos/jokes) - reason being I often email threads to members of my family and being Chinese they are nosey and probably look around and I dont' want them to think worse of their cousin/niece!!

2. Fighting - we just move the threads to the Politics/War forum.

We don't mind what you talk about here - (if it's politics or war, we move to the other forum.)

And yes it's music-orientated but not limited to that. We actively encourage videos.

Anyway I'm just thinking out loud (:wgrin ) here...

Over to the members/visitors of Blah Blah!

Never miss a chance to promo TOL, Chris!

In the other thread I had in mind pretty much what you've already said, basically "no flaming". And maybe for potential hit&run spammers, a fair warning that if they don't plan to stick around, that we'll just have fun mocking them, hahaha!

I don't see the need for a do's and don'ts list.

All said, I think things run just fine here as-is......
