Chris, you probably don't need one. Usually in Windows you just need to push the keyboard's "print screen" button - that will capture whatever is displayed on your screen. Then you just paste it into any graphics program - if nothing else, paste it into the Window's Paint program.
Probably the best free graphic program you'll ever find for Windows is Irfanview. It handles all the basic graphics duties and more.

Yeah, it doesn't matter which image program a person prefers as long as it does the job! Irfanview if my default prog for displaying images (also plays media files).
But anytime you see something you wanna grab quick, it's just a matter of hitting the "print screen" button and pasting it into whatever graphics program is in the PC. I thought it was pretty cool back in Win95 when learned I could do the print screen to get a screencap - I thought I had to use software to do it, hahaha!

It's a snap grabbing images from .wma files with Windows Movie Maker, Chris.... - I've done it several times....
