Hiya Chris,
This looks like an order for your bizness. Doesn't have the same clues that an email header gives, so I checked to see if I could google up a Dutch2English dictionary. Here's one that might help going word by word -
Dutch to English Dictionary
for example, I got this result for "achterkant" -
"achterkant [nm] (back, dorsum) the posterior part of a human (or animal) body from the neck to the end of the spine"
- and other entries that all seemed to mean "the back side".
(I'd guess we're thinking of a description of a garment design here!)
If you take words in question from the email and run them through that page, it'll probably put it all together in your mind.
Of course, I don't need "transparant" to be translated, lol. But it sure brings some provocative images to mind, hahaha!!
I hope the link is of assistance!

Chris - here's a page that translates whole text:
WorldLingo Translation
It translated your Dutch into English and this was the result:
"Of 80% polyamide/10% katoen/10% elasthan.
For - and back is transparent, on the achterpand very subtle 2 flowers. Of 40% polyester/36% polyamide/17% katoen/7% elasthan."
I found that "achterpand" is a compound word:
achter = behind or in the rear.
pand = cloth covering that forms the part of a garment below the waist.

Well, Chris, even with spiked bras and all, I think my fave bbchris pic is one where you're wearing a nice pantsuit in what I assume is a garment industry warehouse (I believe there's a "hand trolly" or "two-wheeler" used to move boxes of merch in the pic).
Not to discourage you from modeling the "Dutch items" - LOL , just sayin', y'know.
