The midi plays by popping up WMP when I follow the entire path to it.
I think you need to add the the complete path -
(place < and > where * appear below)
where you have:
*EMBED src=files/3.mid width=272 height=36 Autostart=true LOOP=false*
try instead-
*embed src="www.seismicanamoly.com/files/3.mid" loop=0"*
(underline was added by EZBoard - the www needs the h t tp : // before it)
That should play it once as it loads, you can remove the midiplayer language/table, since it doesn't loop. I think you could do the same thing with a wav, following the entire path and using: 3.wav (or whatever the wav's name is).
Does that do it?
How big is the wav if were converted to mp3, Seismo?
