I think it's maybe another case of a different avi codec being used, Chris. This one uses a DivX avi codec. I believe if you and Drooler downloaded the DivX codec at this page it'll work fine.

Download DivX Codec

Download the free version, not the paid or ad supported ones in the "blue-ish" table above it on the page. The link you want is just below that table and says: "Standard DivX Codec(FREE)"

Here's a deep link right to the needed codec itself -

It also includes a free DivX video player that you can use if you want - but it adds DivX to the Windows Media Players codecs database so you can use WMPlayer to play it as well. It's a pretty common codec because of it's high compression ratio creates smaller-sized files.

Here's a smaller, low quality screenshot from Seismo's avi for the curious. I put a blue spot where it was needed for a family-friendly board,lol. The actual avi's screen is larger than this pic.

I've been having minor, similar problems with my media players for months.

I installed that DivX codec - (only took about 3 minutes), - and now my players work beautifully........!

PLUS - I got to see the goodies in Seismo's video - hilarious...

There are, I think, at least two dozen avi video codecs in use :seismo

, so when a video doesn't play, it's usually only cuz ya don't have the particular codec.

I figured the fellas wouldn't want to miss this one, hahahaha! BTW, the guy on the right in the pic looks like he's enjoying the free show! :popcorn
