Hey sorry to pester you again..(just send me your invoice....:lol )....



I am still having probs with my PC recording stuff!! :(



I was doing well, I have the sound card in properly and my omni studio is working fine.... however I have now been told that the version of cubase I have wont work with XP.......??



So although the card and studio show 0 latency..... it still delays.........



All Iam asking is this true.. the cubase version i have is cubase vst 5



Iam a bit sick as I paid £300 for the software....... :bawling



Just a second opinion.. I have emailed cubase but they must reply by snail mail :lol

Sorry.... i OVERLOOKED this post.... :dunno :bonk





According to Steinberg, there is a DLL named MROS432.DLL (in WINDOWSSYSTEM32) that was installed by your previous 16 bit windows version (95,98, Me) and that is not compatible with Windows XP 32 bit system.



A solution is to delete this DLL, then reinstall Cubase. This is an official solution given by Dave Nicholson (Steinberg Multimedia AG) and found on Steinberg Web site.
