Hi All,



I'm a programmer/entrepreneur and I just launched the beta version of FileFun.com-- an auction site for buyers and sellers of new and "used" downloadable media. (music, clip art, movies, games, software, etc...) I'd love any opinions on the following:



1. Sellers. I'm getting ready to launch an advertising campaign but need to find some brave souls to offer their music for sale so the site looks good when the traffic arrives. Any ideas on where I might find willing sellers?



2. Legal. Any thoughts on how to keep the site legal? i.e. Is there any way (besides ethics) that I can stop someone from downloading a song on Kazaa and selling it on FileFun?



3. General. Other than that, would just love any comments on the idea... would you use it?
