Something I've noticed.......

When an Artist, especially one I've never heard of, asks people to listen to a track, if it's not a "click and play" deep-link, I sometimes won't bother, simply because I'm too lazy to go chasing after the song on other (sometimes unfamiliar) sites.

The artist is much more likely to get plays if the listener can just make 1 click on the title.

Does anyone know which OMDs allow deep-linking? (Besides 1Sound..)..?

Mike - I didn't realize IC allowed deep-linking.....(blush)

I should pay more attention to these things....

Ok - I'm gonna spend some time uploading more songs and brushing up my site there.........

And then I'm gonna change the link in my banner to my IC site...

Question......I cant find, in Contol Center, how to change the link in my signature to go to IC... - right now it goes to 1Sound...

Are signature changes made through Control Center??

Yeah, it's in Control Center...

I think you'll find it under either Edit Profile or Account Preferences.

Well, when I was a little boy, I was told that deep linking was bad.......

But I'm sure that's only because they didn't have the hardware and software to appreciate true deep linking back then......

These days, with all the high-speed fast connections, deep linking is much more user-friendly........
