Punk-a-Billy

That's the style that I am calling my song, "Tell Me, Tell Me, Tell".

Punk-a-Billy is Rock-a-Billy with a Punk attitude in delivery.

Do you agree with the classification?

PunkaBilly sounds like a cool genre....

I tried to listen, but soundclick always gives me all kindsa grief...

The hifi/lofi links freeze, and the mp3 link wants me to do the old sign-up routine....

Do you have that tune up anywhere else?

ok - I got it at AL.

Don't like this song.

I can hear where you get the "punk" idea from, though.

Nice guitar solo - incredible tone...

Was that Mike?

The rest of the tune?

Well - I don't like it.

But I still like your voice, and singing.

Are you sayin' because it's "old" that it lacks something? Yes it is a vintage Punk-a-Billy song recorded in 1986. Some people like garage Punk-a-Billy in it's original form. Of course it could've had much better fidelity but I coulnd't find a studio that deals with 8 Trk. Masters. I had Sins transfer this song from a cassette tape.

I thought it was older than that!! hahahahahaha Nah - the Beatles are old and they're OK by me. It sounds dated though. Sins did a great job! :banana

Of course it sounds dated. Why? Because it is an "original" recording from 1986. :dang

A lot of my songs are from the late 70's to late 80s. That hasn't been an issue or problem regarding whether people like them or not. :sensational

Right now two of my songs, "Cruisin' the Strip" and "It Takes More" recorded in 1978 are getting regular rotation on a fave Classic Rock Radio Station. :dj
