Females sing in all kinds of Keys. It really depends on their vocal sound. Shorter answer: No.
You would need to transpose the song into what is comfortable to your voice range. I could send the lyrics and chords to you. You probably have a good idea what keys your voice suits to most songs. Have you ever taken a song and transposed the key? I feel that song has "Hit" potential.
