Sounds VERY interesting Tom! Thanks for posting the info! I don't think Thinking Out Loud are classic rock but I think Sisters of Sharon have a couple of tunes you could consider classic rock..... Fingers crossed.

I can't seem to get into their website though - the page is taking FOREVER to load....

First off, I know many of you are probably asleep during this time,(8PM Central US) but what do you think of this?

Some of you may know Jeff Straub from Texas Hot Radio during his Ampcast.com days. Jeff from the start had one thing in mind, to help the indie as much as he could.

Anywho, he now DJ's at a place called 9412.com. It's a station that broadcasts Classic Rock from a variety of the major artists.

Here's the cool part. He has convinced the powers that be that an indie rock night would be a cool thing. They agreed!

The launch of this is scheduled for the evening of July 3rd to follow his normal show, and each Thursday to follow.

You can come and listen, chat, or if you wish, submit your rock tunes for play. (Classic rock genre)

The station has quite a listener base so it may be worth your time.

Look for the announcement on the main page from Jeff, and submit. He is going to be picky, but this may be a cool opportunity for the indie artist. You decide!
