As some of the MATRIX fans already know,

the special effects, which made this movie popular,

were thought out and performed in Berlin/Germany

incl. the rendering software.

(like also for "Independence Day" and "Jurrassic Park")

So..... the same guys now also brought up a little

fancy MATRIX DE ULTRA video. It's in German

but as a die hard MATRIX fan, you'll get the picture

Mike, I'm sorry to say that apart from the special effects I thought the MR was just a load of cxxx...

Bad script, worse acting, and a plot so thin it wasn't funny, and reallly looooooooong tedious fight sequences, left me just wishing I'd not wasted my precious time and money.

I felt like I'd been cheated or something, especially when the "to be continued" notice came on at the end.

I apologise to the die hard MR fans out there, but thats how I feel.

Really unless you get a free DVD or something and have 134 mins of your life during which you have absolutely NOTHING better to do, including folding old newspapers, or recycling diapers, my suggestion is stay well away from the crappy MR.

Oops I thought Matrix Reloaded was pretty good!

I think the Matrix was better - but that's because it was four years ago and it was a trend-setter for its time; both in concept and visuals.

Matrix Reloaded is FUN! The movie is a little long with the unnecessary sex scene and Zion wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be.......

Yet, I liked the ideas that were being thrown out during the movie - is our life pre-destined and we are merely following a set path or do we really get to make decisions that alter our future? Is Neo really the 6th Neo? Is he just a computer virus? etc.

I don't fancy Neo or Trinity but Persephone is ONE HOT BABE! mmmmmmmm I also liked the Twins. The scene with the hundreds of Mr. Smiths & Neo fighting is EXCELLENT! :warrior

I felt like I was inside a computer game.

I want to see it again plus see the DVD of Animatrix with the 9 short films that explain MORE about the Matrix trilogy and give a better understanding of all these films.

When you know that the directors wrote The Matrix as a computer game and that the movie is actually a 'spin-off' (not vice-versa as in normal cases) then it makes you appreciate the movie even more. The computer game is supposed to be OUTSTANDING - anyone played it yet??

MIKE!!!!!! If you've seen Reloaded then this German spoof is EXCELLENT! hahahhahaaha I watched it this morning before I left for work -hahahahaha Why does it stop so suddenly though?

I haven't seen the movie either, but may just to satisfy my curiosity now that I have read Deb's and Chris' reviews...
