Ah yes the hard life of a musician - the groupies are the worse part, aren't the? Why can't they leave me alone? Why can't they say intellectual things like "I love the one you play in Eb" or "I think your songs are better than sex" hahaha I'm just being silly btw....

Guess you singers know that cold drinks are the worst for the throat and beer and whisky aint good for that either, right? Oh, bang my head in the wall, I still smoke. I have cut way back and roll my own but still, it's stupid but I am real hooked. You'd be surprised how many singers, famous ones too, smoke. Not sayin' it's a healthy, no way, but true.

for years and years, 25 ciggies a day. The first thing I would do when I woke was grab a cig. By 9am I'd smoked 6 at least.
I quit 2 years ago, simply cause I DETESTED the way I smelt. My hair, my clothes, the house, curtains. Ugh. And I hated my throat being dry all the time. And of course, I needed to rejuvenate my voice. I quit because I really really WANTED to. My God. What a difference in my life!
Yeah cold stuff - never drink cold stuff, or aerated drinks. No ice in anything. Even the beer I leave lying around for a bit. hahaha, terrible.
I swear by Long Life Throat relief tea. You should try it. BRILLIANT stuff.

Last day of an Anthony Robbins seminar - it was to do with health & fitness - he talked about many things and he praised the virtues of oxygen - he didn't really talk about smoking!! I couldn't light up afterwards. I came back to HK with 25 packs of cigarettes which I gave away after 2 months (cause I wasn't sure if I might want them - hahahahahaha) It's weird now - it's like I've never smoked!! spooky huh?

A few people asked me that - they were duty-free - two-thirds cheaper than ciggies here - but no one I know smokes menthol! hahahahahahahahaha I had trouble giving them away.....
