What is Po Chai? My acupuncturist gave me Po Chai pills, they were made in Honk Kong and the writing, as well as being in Chineese, is too small to read even under a microscope! What the heck does it do?

She said I had bad stomach energy (probably from bad food) and I needed to eat rice for 3 days-

So I went to Denny's and had a Veggie Omelete instead!

Hi! I've taken these before. They worked for me - I'm not sure what's inside them but they smell and taste like medicine!! :tongue

But I am going back for a few more treatments anyway, but I will see a real docktor as well.

But she is essentially correct, I eat crap food, hahahaha

The Po Chai pills made me feel squirrely-

So I went and got Oregano Oil instead, plus I suddenly came up with a serious head cold, and I was reading that oregano oil is good for when you actually come down with something.

Oregeno Oil KICKS ARSE! I got over my cold real fast. The only thing about it is you burp up oregano. Uh, no I don;t smoke, smoking is nasty, kissing a girl who smokes is liike lickin an ashtray. AHAHAHA

I could swear by it.

Colds, coughs, insect bites, just about anything.

its a miracle worker. But you mustnt drink it hehe. I use it very diluted as a gargle when I have a sore throat.
