Believe it or not, ol' Ben Franklin said that way back in the 1760's/1770's...he may not look it, but the word is Ben was a big time pub lover and he had a weakness for French ladies...I wonder why?? :lol :lol :lol



He made MANY (at least by that time periods' standards) excursions to Paris....:yo
