Well, I'm on my way to bed soon, and was planning breakfast..so I'm thinking smoothy... - then I realized - Sleepea and Chris like smoothies too......!





So anyhoo,... sez I, sez me, to myself,.."Hey Drooly - why not share smoothy recipes with your Friends?".....





So here's my plan for breakfast tomorrow....



-some yogourt

-frozen blueberries

-some raspberries

-1/2 banana

-3 fresh walnuts





Blend, Drink, Love Life, be kind to Animals, and have a Great day....!!!!!!

Sounds yummy Drooly!!! I just had 3 mangoes & soya milk blended up - so so thick creamy and delicious........
