Some people have to give urine samples while they're being monitored (police, military, guys on parole etc...). That's why it comes with the dehydrated drug-free urine, so they can pass a drug test even though they were monitored while they were giving the sample.

Oh my! I didn't realise that was what it was for! That's a bit restrictive isn't it? They don't do that here........ (unless you've been busted for drugs already!!)

I don't fancy anybody's DEHYDRATED urine - isn't there a difference between male & female urine anyways?!?!? Jake?
