So yeah... my cable modem has been down for 3 days. ..#$%@#%$... Stupid service providers. AND tech support line is ALWAYS busy - for 3 days. GRRRR.... im using my mom's computer right now. Cross your fingers the cable comes back on soon

I'm pretty sure I got the email - I've just been submerging from tons of work plus it's been unusually cold for Hong Kong (which makes getting up in the morning - REALLY DIFFICULT) Noone has central heating or anything like that - so everywhere is cold, cold cold - YUCK!
