there is an attack in the first few words so that it sounds like it is reversed.

You do that with a noise gate....



Setup the threshold so high that silent passages of the voice 'ignite' the gate and set a attack time of approx. 35ms.



Warning... this is a sophisticated setup and requires experience and passion for the desired effect.
