He is in any case a absolutely brilliant actor!

I think the movie "The Deer Hunter" with him and Robert De Niro is one of the best movies ever!

Yes, he was really cool in True Romance too. I was thinking of that Fatboy Slim 'Weapon Of Choice' video where Chris is doing the soft shoe and suddenly launches himself over the balcony and he's like FLYING through the air . . . heh, awesome
