Now, as I have been declared a legal idiot by certain regulars of this BB despite the years I spent at the University studying law, maybe one of the regulars more educated in domestic and international law can explan to me why this particular war-memo would contain requisite for raising troubling new questions as to the legality of the attack on Iraq?
