No...you don't HAVE to...but when a person claims you have misquoted him or her (as I have just done), it's common curtesy to prove your point. Apparently it isn't so common...or you simply can't do it.

Why would Canada need any kind of defense, anyway? It has the luxury of being a pacifist state due it's proximity to the US.



Now, if Canada were above the old USSR instead of the US, they'd all have been 'Canuck Comrades' a long, long time ago!



So Canada is "geographically fortunate", leaving the US to carry load of North American defense.
