I never use mine. Myspace is useless. Edited because I didn't delete it, like I thought.. _________________ =================================================================

myspace has been great for promoting my Underground events.
Two old friends I had lost contact with, found me through my personal page.
Apart from that - I"m not sure having loads of friends for my bands are any good! Although it's fun to know Jimi Hendrix and Joan Jett want to be my friend! _________________ http://undergroundhk.com

We try to use our for friends and bands within a 50 mile distance. That way, they can get out too see us, and we can get out too see them.
But I like to have our friends from around the world as well.
Regards

Mine is at
http://myspace.com/priscillahernandez
I just changed the entire layout by the way
what I don't like about myspace is the random friend requests, I accept the people that ask, and i request friends and people i'm interested in, but i've known there are people using SOFTWARE to add friends, it's so impersonal and absurd and I really don't know what to think about the site
actually the curious thing is that it doesn't drive so many links back to my official as you could expect comparing with humbler sites |

.
Just stick with your "humbler" site, Priscilla....
It's much better.
As you so astutely observed, MySpace is impersonal. And Absurd.
Who cares about huge traffic, if it's all from "Software".....?
I'd rather have 1 real "friend", than a million "software" friends....

yep, you're right
but the only reason I use it is because some of my friends are soooo soooo much into myspace that they have forgotten I have a mail addy anymore LOL so they compell me to login to read their messages in order to keep in touch!
I mean the "real friends" among the zillion inpersonal requests! :/ |

I agree with you Pris - the software ones are annoying - I often know which ones they are because in the same day they ask to be my friend on my personal and ALL my band pages - hahahahahahha
I have made 3 new friends who are moving to HK and want to know more about the music scene - that's nice.
And yeah like Pris, I have a few friends who LOVE myspace and only use myspace for all their messages and 'bulletins' through there - hahahahaha
Pris uses her myspace well - I get the blog updates (I'm one of your blog subscribers) and updates her page often so it's fun to keep checking back.
I only just changed my personal pic last week - first time in over a year - hahahahahahahahha
I did push the Guitars & Panties song up the charts (http://mp3.com.hk) just by thanking people for being our friend - so it goes to show that people DO click on what you tell them to click!! hahahahaha Or maybe it's the fact we're four attractive Asian women!?!?!?!! _________________ http://undergroundhk.com
