Hmmm, he could be, I've been reading a book about the science of homosexuality and tons of studies have shown that the vast majority of effiminate boys are in fact gay as adults. Maybe Bush is hiding a deep dark secret, or maybe he was just a party boy hooker when he was snorting coke, that would make it ok.
