Don't know if anyone has passed this along before , but in case anybody has found him/herself bopping to the tune used in that Cheer detergent TV commercial, here's the download link for the full length mp3:

It's one of those tunes where the hook stays with ya -

Yes it is catchy! I've not seen the commercial! hahahaha Although I wrote a song end last year called "Can't stop thinking about you" and was admiring how so many songs can express the same sentiment :blush

I think the commercial is prob just in the US, Chris. I dunno.

Once in a while there's some interesting original music to be gleaned from ads/films. Usually the ad agencies just license existing material, tho, as in one current car commercial (Audi?) that makes nice use of Dirty Vegas' "Without You".

Ever write something - either words or music - and later on there's a pop release that's almost an exact copy of what you put on the shelf or had just played for friends/relatives?

Only once before! I guess the idea is to record it asap and then you have proof? I guess as a generation we all get inspired by pretty much the same things......
