No kidding - here's a tidbit I just heard on The Discovery Channel.....
Clinical studies have shown that women who suffer from PMS can benefit greatly from a hug from a male they care about.
Apparently, the hug triggers an immediate release of endorphines which dramatically reduce the adverse effects of PMS....
Cool, huh?

Funny it took clinical studies for them to figure this one out. I could have told you that. Nothing is better than receiving a loving hug when you're feeling blue.
How many tax dollars were used to learn this? hahaha
