If we are mentioning it............. what a shock Poland ! But well done Germany.......... but MAN ! you gotta do something with that defence !!



But it was great to see Klinsman........... he looks in good shape, almost like he's fit and young enough to walk straight back on and play a game.

Not me this year - the timing is all wrong for me... It also brings some memories up for me as I was in Germany during last World Cup......

....and Germany won 3-0 yesterday against Ecuador........



.....England didn't make it to beat Sweden yesterday (2-2 draw). The last time was 1968......... it's gonig on for 38 years now! HAHA

Mexico lost against Portugal (1 - 2)..........



....and the next team for us Germans in the K.O. round is Sweden! Will be a hard nut to crack.

I believe Germany can beat Sweden Mike. We just made them look better than they are........... :laugh



I don't think Brazil will win it. Much as I'd like England to win (we're buggered, we got no strikers apart from Rooney) Argentina are looking mighty good, but don't write off Spain either..........

I am in trouble... I am the boss at work.... I thought the boys worked hard today so I took them to the pub near the construction site to watch the football.... Oops I had the car... I ve had to leave it at work and get a taxi home... Denise has the rolling pin ready to beat me up... she aint a happy bunny!!!.... :lol

U.S. team is out.



Mexico is out.





Germany did beat Sweden for breakfast 2:0 today :)

So far the team from sweden was not able to beat Germany for 28 years in a row, while the English team was not able to beat the Swedish team for 38 years in a row :D





FRIDAY: Quarter-Final



Germany vs. Argentina.



I think we saw today football of a class, which makes the Argentinians shake in their pants :) They should be worried :) :D
