Interesting, lolson.

The drummer in my band also uses Roland V-Drums. (For small club gigs and rehearsals...)

They have some good sounds, but the main thing is that you can actually practice drums, without disturbing the neighbours.

And recording them is easy. Once you have the sounds set up, all it takes is 2 direct outs.

As opposed to 8 mics for an acoustic kit. Recording acoustic Drums is best left to the Professionals....

Just don't forget to actually practice your drumming, if you really want to sound good.
