a friend of mine bought a new computer. she doesnt have internet.

a little later she got a dvd burner, but when she treis to view dvds on it, she gets a "missing codec" error in windows media player. is there anything i can download for her on a memory stick or cd or something, that she can install to view dvds? and is it free?

Codecs are all over the internet. You need to find out which one you need, 1st. There are tons of them...
